Sabbath of Christ

God’s perfect Creation Week was just seven literal days;
God blessed and sanctified the seventh day with holy praise.
The Seventh Day Sabbath of Creation is 24 sacred hours;
God’s holy Sabbath is the Memorial Day of His creative power;
It is not any day in seven; the Bible Sabbath is the true Lord’s Day;
Christ kept the seventh day of the week holy to show us the way.
Man was made on the sixth day; then God made the Sabbath for man
As a blessed benefit for humans created and formed by His hands.
God made us in His own image so serve and worship Him only.
Worship God every day, but remember to keep His Sabbath holy;
It’s a day for worship, deeds of mercy, family time, healthful rest,
Nature walks, prayers to God, and singing during our spiritual quest.

The Christian Sabbath is more than a holiday; it is God’s Holy Day.
Obey Christ, the Lord of the Sabbath, and you will never go astray.
The Sabbath in Eden’s Paradise will be kept in the New Earth;
To honor this sacred monument in time you need the new birth.
When God made the seventh day Sabbath, there were no Jews;
No man can change it to the first day; it was made for me and you.
Without loving obedience to God’s Ten Commandment moral law;
Our worship does not please Him because of our sins and flaws.
Obedience to God is not legalism, but a sign of our loyalty and love;
The Sabbath of Christ points us to our Creator and Redeemer above.
Jesus or His apostles never changed the Lord’s Sabbath Day to Sunday;
No person has ever found a Bible text for abolishing God’s Sabbath Day.
