Lord God, Thank You for Your mercy, sin-forgiving grace, and selfless, eternal love. I love You with all myself; I accept and love myself, and I love my neighbors, and the social class considered the "least of these" as myself.

Empower me to esteem Christ, Your divine Word, and others above myself. Renew myself in Yourself as I find myself. You revealed my self-worth and value by the price that Jesus, the Author of Eternal Salvation, paid with His blood atonement sacrifice. He died for my sins on a cross at Calvary.

Crucify my old selfish, carnally-exalted, sinful self, and raise me up from my low esteem self. I rejoice in Christ's unselfish love, and in my new spiritual, Christlike self. Not I, but Christ, be praised, exalted, and glorified today.

I know that a selfish heart lives unto itself so I empty myself of self. I surrender unconditionally 100% of myself to the perfect will of God. Empower me daily to die to self, and to humble and deny myself. Deliver me from self-righteous power and ego trips, and from self-pity and guilt trips.

I seek Your divine healing grace and power today. I can do all things through Christ who empowers me. I believe that Jesus is the world's Messiah, and living by faith with God in my heart nothing is impossible.

I realize that my personal relationship with Christ, not religion, saves me; and I realize that only Christ Jesus saves and redeems sinners. I am thankful for the miracles You have done for me, and for those that You are doing in me.

Give me a healthy dose of self-confidence. Cleanse and purify my heart, mind, and soul from every trace of self-inflated pride or prejudice. May the Holy Spirit transform me into the likeness of Christ as I develop a Christ-centered self-esteem. May I reflect Your unselfish love today. In the wonderful name of Jesus, my personal Savior, I pray this Prayer of Surrender. Amen!
